Truman Hedding – CEO/Co-Founder
Our CEO, Truman Hedding, started in the Search Marketing industry in early 2000 for a boutique SEO Agency in Irvine, CA. After several hundred conversations with small and large businesses across the nation, Mr. Hedding graduated into a Director of Optimization role. Under this new position, Mr. Hedding had several successes and failures in optimizing websites across numerous ventricles.
After meeting his wife at Cal Stat University Fullerton, where he obtained a B.A. in Communications – Advertising Concentration with a minor in Business Administration , Mr. Hedding joined the now dissolved, InfoSearch Media where he held numerous managerial roles. In his final position at InfoSearch Media Mr. Hedding lead a team of account managers, writers, designers, and programmers, where he was responsible for the SEO, PPC, and Content Strategy for several Fortune 500 Companies as well as hundreds of small mom and pop businesses across the nation. As a recognized Search Marketer in the industry, Mr. Hedding spoke at numuerous Search Marketing Conferences and developed friendships with the smartest Search Marketers in the World.
In 2006, Mr. Hedding joined Boulevards New Media as VP, Internet Marketing where he was responsible for the companies SEO, PPC, and Affiliate Marketing efforts. At Boulevards, Mr. Hedding was able to grow the companies Affiliate Division by 300%, increase organic traffic 400%, and helped established the companies Authorized Reseller program with Google AdWords. Mr. Hedding was asked to speak at numerous GEO Domain Conferences and established a presence as a recognized expert in the local space.
Towards the end of 2009, Mr. Hedding decided to take the jump and form a boutique Interactive Agency – TruInteractive.com, with long-time friend Eric Yamabe.
Eric Yamabe – CTO/Co-Founder
Programmer, a self-described “tech geek” and veteran LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) programmer, Eric has worked for some of the largest internet marketing companies such as ValueClick Inc. developing large scale applications. Eric cultivates robust, controlled platform-based infrastructures. He also holds Network Systems Administrator and A+ certifications.
An active United States Naval Petty Officer and Hospital Corpsman for the Fleet Marine Force attached to an Elite United States Marine Corps Unit, Eric has also developed applications for the United States Navy, where computer systems he created have garnered recognition.
He remains dedicated to philanthropic efforts, having previously worked for children’s charities and currently volunteers with the US Marine Corps and US Navy in recruiting and boot camp training. A former martial arts competitor and outdoor enthusiast, Eric spends his time away from the computer practicing karate, snowboarding and camping.
